Return Process

  Log in to your BAJAAO account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request within 10 days of delivery.

  Quality Assessment

  Our technical team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos of the product to verify the issue and confirm eligibility for return or replacement.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the instrument or gear in its original brand packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Pickup and Refund

  We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; once the item passes our warehouse inspection, we will initiate your refund or dispatch a replacement immediately.
