Yes, all products sold on Bajaao are 100% genuine and come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended warranty plans for additional peace of mind.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 15-day return policy on most items. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that certain items like earplugs, reeds, and software are non-returnable due to hygiene and licensing.
Are the products insured during transit?
